Built Different is Ivan’s vision for homes that are truly made for the people who live in them. With years of experience in design & project management, coupled with his own experience creating his home, he knows what it takes to make a space feel lived-in, personal & effortless.

For Ivan, it is never about following trends. It is about understanding homeowners, their lifestyles, habits and stories and crafting homes that reflect who they are.
